From childhood to adulthood, dance has always been a true source of fulfillment for Ms. Thiébaut. She has been involved in classical dance, tap and flamenco.

At 35, after having given birth to four boys, she sought to rediscover the energy that she had always found in dance and movement. At the time, she was living in the United States and Pilates seemed an obvious choice ...

For her it was a revelation! In Pilates she found a form of movement that was intelligent, precise and fluid. In addition to muscle tone, she found serenity ... she felt better than ever!

After returning to France, she realized that she wanted to share this pleasure and create an oasis dedicated to the harmony of body and mind.

So, 15 years after completion of her studies at HEC, she returned to school.

She embarked on aPilates certification headed by Martine Curtis-Oakes where she worked for 2 years with top movement professionals from both the US and France.

She obtained her certification from Balanced Body University and A-Lyne when Pilates was just beginning to take off in France...

Her goal: to enable you to resume a harmonious relationship with your body so that you too can use movement as a source of fulfillment.
